Once again Grove Equipment has proven why I will go nowhere else. Service after the sale is the best Ive ever encountered in any business. If something breaks, call Van Bennett. Hes on it. Dan Dykman came out and would not leave until I was satisfied with the repair. He even stayed to show me a few things I didnt understand about the tractor. You can buy a tractor anywhere, but you wont get the price or neighborhood feel and service that you will at a Grove.

I have purchased two tractors and a side by side from this location. The selection is great but takes a back seat to the service after the sale. Robbie, Melrose and Van go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase and that the item is in top, quality condition. Ill never go anywhere else.

I don't normally comment on these things, but I enjoyed the buying experience at Grove equipment so much I thought I would get on here and say something. Jay was myself in hand was great to work with. The shop installed me a third valve and a Grappler onto my tractor and it has been working great. Jay help me with the financing and the insurance and it was a very smooth process.

Grove Equipment stays with you way after the sale. If they see a problem they will fix it even if you dont report it. They came out to adjust my four wheel drive on my Mahindra tractor last month, saw some moisture in my instrument panel. They called me yesterday to tell me they had noticed it, had ordered me a new instrument panel and asked if they could come out and install it. Took about a half hour, no charge to me. They have all my business from now on.
