Powerful yet compact models, designed to reduce the hood height, for easier work under low-hanging branches or between rows.

• The main feature of these two models is in the name: B (low).

• Because of the type of equipment and/or terrain, a great many crops require a low driving position and low centre of gravity. Working under the low-hanging branches and foliage of systems or in tunnels, without damaging the product, or working on steeply sloping terrain are just some of the scenarios that the AV-LB and AF-B have been specifically designed for.

• Numerous application sectors are covered: vineyards, fruit orchards, hazelnut groves, kiwi crops, greenhouses and tunnels.

• On flat land and hillsides.

• The AF-B was created as a specific model, with its own characteristics, rather than a design based on the AF-N model.

• With this working approach, it was possible to design adjustable-height mudguards, and focus on the driver’s position, visibility, side guard cleaning and the protective guards.

• Other features that make this product unique are the geometries and performance, appreciated by the sector operators.

Specialist agricultural operators want an ever-better performance which takes into account size constraints. So, engines must rise to the challenge of delivering the best performance while guaranteeing compact layouts.

An integrated Egr and smaller Liner Bridge have made it possible to create an extremely compact product. The post-working system, with dimensions reduced to the minimum, guarantees a modular installation, with a single packaging for Stage V.

The FPT F28 engine combines performance with size. The F28 STAGE V is a unique solution, featuring a system that is 5% smaller on average than competitors, to meet demand for high-performance applications.

This new engine has also been chosen for its focus on sustainability, thanks to an optimised combustion efficiency.

The wide range of axles has made it possible to develop two ‘basic’ models, for a more extensive choice for track gauges and overall sizes.

The AV-LB model mounts a 20.09 axle and has a steering angle of 55°. This axle has a flange-to-flange distance of 1155 mm which, combined with the rear flange-to-flange distance of 972 mm, gives a minimum overall length of 1336 mm and a maximum overall length of 1596 mm.

The AF-B model mounts a 20.16 axle and has a steering angle of 52°. This axle has a flange-to-flange distance of 1325 mm which, combined with the rear flange-to-flange distance of 1242 mm, gives a minimum overall length of 1532 mm and a maximum overall length of 1792 mm.

Both axles feature automatic slip control (limited slip).
